Still trying to reach the embassy. I've been calling on a daily basis. They picked up once & the guy hang-up on me! My passport renewal should've been received 2-weeks ago. I think I just lost my passport 😔

If you know someone near the DC area, ask if they can go in person on your behalf. Most probably your passport is in the drawer and never shipped.

Ask for a tracking number? If not then your passport is still at the embassy unfortunately.
